Safetyto Sorrento is a 24km ultra marathon swim course from Safety Beach to Sorrento on Victoria's iconic Mornington Peninsula, Australia. Swim distances include 6km, 12km and 24km. The swim is held annually on the second Saturday in February.This year, the event was successfully held on February 9th. Swimmers enjoyed the swim and gathered happily together. Congratulations to Wen Erh Hsu for becoming the first Taiwanese athlete to complete the prestigious Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming on October 21, 2024! She embarked on her journey in July 2024 by swimming across the English Channel, and within three months, she also succeeded in swimming across the Catalina Channel and the 20 bridges of Manhattan.Nothing great is easy. U24 was conceived as an alternative to Rottnest channel swim after Covid-19 caused travel restrictions for all Victorians in Australia. It is a 24km open water swim from Safety Beach to Sorrento. Peter Hendriks and Charlie Evans developed the swim event since 2022. That was also the beginning that Corals Trading Co. Ltd. worked with Peter on supplying custom swim cap for U24. This year, U24 team worked with us on more merchandise for the event. The event will take place on 17th.Feb. 2024. The world famous Patagonman Xtri 2023 event was successfully held on 3rd Dec. Starting in the Aysen Fjord, athletes must swim 3.8 kilometers, cycle 180 kilometers along the famous Carretera Austral, and then run 42.2 kilometers through canyons, next to lakes and waterfalls to General Carrera Lake. The stunning scenery along the course and the difficulty of the event are unforgettable memories for the participants."This race is real grit!
